    This is a great way to use up squares or small panels of various sizes and make them work. You could use your plan and put any special fabric in place of the university squares. I can also see using this design for a special birthday or anniversary quilt. Great job!

    Aren't these holidays fun? No where near enough time to get it all done, but so much fun to try. And everybody gets a very special quilted gift. Something special to/for that person. Sure love yours. Happy Holidays
