This was my first attemp at a atained glass. I had to make it in a hurry for Christmas Eve Services at church. I made it for the pastor. Not so sure I like it because it looks crooked to me.

Chele, It is still in the church but our pastor has left for a new church in Minnesota and it does belong to him so I'm mailing it to him if he still wants it. I still keep in touch with his wife through e-mail. She is wonderful and a quilter too. She has 2 little ones now that keep her busy but soon she'll be back to quilting.

I just got back from my favorite store..Joann Fabrics. I always spend to much but I sure like more fabric.

    Have a great day.

Connie, Someone on this quilt site keeps saying that God is the only one who is perfect & our quilts don't have to be (I agree with that). Your stained glass wall hanging is beautiful. Don't think of it as crooked...think of it as having personality!!! :D :D PS....Sure do like your Avatar & PSS....Welcome to this quilting site!! I see you joined in yesterday. This is a great site! Glad you joined in.

I'm glad to be a part. I'd like to have more time here but my lastest creation is a big one and it's not getting done very fast. I was getting close and trimmed some tree tops and didn't leave enough of a 1/4 inch seam there so I tore them all out and am starting over. Can't wait to get it together and get it quilted. It's the 2007 Shop Hop Quilt from Colorado. It's got a moose, bear and two deer, along with columbines (I chose purple ones and It has a house and barn some mountains with snow and some without and the most beautiful sun bursts at both side of the top. Just can't wait too see it all together.

Have a great evening. I'm off to working on it.

    Celeste,

Thanks, I did like it when it was finished. I'll sure be happy when I have the one I'm working on done. Can't wait to see it all put together.

Your dog is a real cutie. My dog doesn't do that but my husband's cats seem to do that all the time.

    Happy Quilting,
    Connie
