Great job all around. And as far as for having a lot to learn -- well, don't we all. My mom used to tell me (when I was learning to sew and wanted "perfection" right away) that Rome wasn't built in a day. :lol: I'd bet that she begins her own stash soon. :wink:

Great Job by both of you :thumbup: And what a wonderful gift to give her.. Much more personal and lasting than anything you could have bought in a store :lol: Looks like you have a new partner :wink: And we all know how relaxing quilting can be

You have done a "WONDERFUL" thing, for your friend.
Colleen has done a terrific job on her project, too!! :D
I think the two of you will make many more lovely projects together.

She did a wonderful job, not just for a first time but for anytime! What a thoughtful person you are to have given her the gift of choosing from your stash and your expertise! She is learning something that can comfort her through many tuff times.
