I don't think you could go wrong putting any of his fabrics together and I had read that the more simple the design for these fabrics, the better. Planning the next with diamonds. Makes it easier on me and love they way they turn out.

I have never been into bright colors but now that I saw your quilt, I've changed my mind. It's fantastic!!!

What a nice thing to say. I'm thinking I'm better and a little more apt to finish a quilt if it is one of these more modern patterns. Needed a break from regular blocks, cuz I've got lots of that stuff I need to finish. Sometimes, I don't think I'm quite "all there", if you know what I mean.

Just think how colorful it will be after the batting and back, So nice of you to comment, thanks so much ! I ordered the "light" colors of jelly rolls and just opened them and started, didn't even mix them up. I have had bouts of depression in my life and color is how I deal with it!! [

Nice! My strip quilt didn't turn out that nice. :( I think I needed more colors. I like the other blocks you did too. :) Great!! :thumbup:
