If trhis is your first then you must be a natural! What a great looking quilt. I am looking forward to seeing your next finished project.

Nice work Gal. Hope you were OK earthquake-wise. Can't believe there are still so many after shocks going on in the Christchurch area.

I hope you are all okay after the earthquake. I just saw the quilt and it is lovely. Quite an accomplishment for a first try.

Look forward to seeing your next creations.

Don't be so critical of yourself. I think you did a terrific job. Your hand quilting is beautiful. I would love to have your quilt.

Thank you all so much, yes over 200 after shocks, last one 4. something at 9am this morning, but they are getting smaller thankgoodness and only rock our cottage gently, we suffered a lot of damage to our things inside the house with the anitial 7.1 quake, my poor DH lost his 200 year old clock which he loved so much, smashed to pieces, but apart from minor cuts and bruises I live to quilt another day! We count ourselves among the lucky ones as so many people have no home or work place, all has to be demolished, really feel for those families!
