Thanks everyone- I didnt know there were more replies to this post- I must put a reminder in on my profile. You are all so encouraging- I have done two more since and a table runner for Christmas. I have learned so much on here and much more than I could have in the books I got or Youtube, although they were good. You ahve all given me the encouragement to keep going and if I get stuck I know I can count on you all

I think it turned out beautifully! You chose some very pretty fabrics! The best part is that with each quilt, you will learn more and more. A few years from now, you can look back over your photos and see how much you have grown as a quilter - that is a VERY satisfying experience. Great job on your firstie!!!
