I think it looks great! Sometimes walking outside the normal is scary but you did a wonderful job. Purple is a winter color as well. Esp in the twilight hours! Enjoy it I know I do! Luann in CT

It's like a merging of traditional and whimsical, you've invested a lot of time and detail, it is pretty. I like the purple backing and the quilting.

You did a wonderful job! It is so pretty and I love how the center is the focus, but the stars just add so much to the overall quilt. Congratulations on a beautiful quilt.

I saw this pattern when it first came out and did it in reds and whites. My SIL did hers in teals and my BFF did hers in blues. This pattern was so much fun to do and so darned cute that any color will do. Yours is gorgeous and everytime you take it out for the season (mine is out from Dec-when the snow melts) it will make you and everyone who sees it smile. Don't you just love her patterns?

Oh, I just love these patterns and I plan on trying to make them all. I agree any color will work. I also hope to make anothe of these quilts good lord willing. I have so many I'd like to make but my hands just don't agree sometimes. I keep going on them as long as I can. Did you make any of the halloween ones? How about the new Merry little Christmas and spellbound??
