    Wonderful find. How can people part with quilts they know someone in their family made??? Breaks my heart.

    beautiful and sorry to hear that lady sold one of her grandmothers quilts, are you going to put a label on it so you know who made it and the age of it???

    That's a very good suggestion. Unfortunately I never asked her grandmother's name. I'll definitely put a label on it saying where I bought it and how old it was supposed to be. I'm going to patch it then hand wash it tomorrow.
