Awesome job on this! I am doubly impressed you did this on a sit down model. I find frame quilting much easier, especially with ruler work and many of the techniques you used. I see you are heavily influenced by Green Fairy (Judy). I am too, love her stuff! It is too bad she can no longer post here due to the rules about watermarked photos.

If this is considered "just practice" Just think how good you will be when you "practiced" a while.

you did a great job on the quilt! you might want to try Hobbs 80/20 batting. it handles similar to the warm and natural but it is softer

Thank you! I quilted it on my Sweet Sixteen Sitdown machine, which if you're not familiar with it, it has a 16" harp space and some similar attributes of a longarm, in that I can use rulers with it, but have to move the quilt to quilt, it's not on a frame.

Haha! I am a Judy Madsen follower . I took a bunch of her classes in Utah in May and couldn't wait to try some more of her designs. I have had her book since last Christmas and have been trying out a few things since then. I can't say I have anything remotely close to her finesse but it's fun trying! Love her style! Thanks for your comments and encouragement!
