You have a lot of very active fabrics going on in there (and the ad on this page now is for whale watching, LOL). I like them and I really like the leaping orca fabric, but I think you need something plain and dark to calm the design down and give the eyes a place to rest.

a black-on-black or navy blue batik/hand dye or something would work nicely, and then use the seaweed and orcas in the border.

I like #3, and would use the jumping orcas and seaweed fabrics in borders, interspersed with a deep blue.
