Don't scrap them. Add another blue fabric with a print and try putting them on the diagnol (sp?). Just me 2 cents.

I don't know. I made a quilt and I guess my pieces were not cut exactly to size. It was off just a titch and I forced all of it together then I tried to square it up. Bottom line the seam lines didn't match and it is a big blue queen size bed quilt. I was going to give it to my son but couldn't do it. I call it the Blue BooBoo and it is on my bed. It is a constant reminder that I need to be careful when I am cutting my pieces. I won't do that again. I mean I won't try to force something together and if I am not proud of the way it looks going together I am going to stop and scrap it and try to fix it before it is too late. I did remeasure my pieces and all but I could not find where it was off. I am not proud of the Blue BooBoo and I am embarrassed if a real quilter looks at it. Other people don't notice it. I wish I had stopped in the beginning. I can't tell about your pieces. I like the colors and maybe the off kilter will give it personality.

Looks like you are doing a marvelous job figuring this pattern out on your own. I was wondering the name of the pattern. I looked up the shade of cascade pattern and it looks different. I would like the pattern you are doing. If someone could get the name of it for me I sure would appreciate it.
