I wouldn't take the borders off. It is balanced with them on. Just smoosh them up under the pillows. It's a beautiful quilt.

Remember that quilting will "shrink" the quilt a little. I like too long better than too short.

I love the way it is also and I would rather have one to long than to short. Why mess with perfection :!: :thumbup:

I would absolutey leave it the way it is. It is absolutely beautiful. Taking the top and bottom borders off will ruin it.
