    Dear Carol,

thank you for your lovely message. Yes, I think that I am healing though I have days when it is more difficult than others. We were very close though distance kept us apart. I think that is the hardest thing - not being able to pick the phone up and saying 'hi mum'. I took that for granted. It will take a while but I have found making this quilt has been therapeutic. Thank you.:-)

    Dear Kat,

thank you. I am glad that you think it is adorable. My sister is so pleased with it and it is not completed yet! Hopefully my nephew will be as enthusiastic!

Thank you so much for the hugs and lovely message.

Thank you so much for the lovely message.

Yes, it has been a tough road to travel but one I guess we all have to take. I thought we had years more.

Yes, I am looking forward to meeting my nephew. I am hoping he will love the quilt as much as his mum does!
