I have had to replace the keys to a couple old clocks and furniture pieces. You can buy them.

oh yeah... LOL Love the bank. I have never seen one like that.

Nice find! I have seen a few of these banks over the years, but never bought one because they were more $$ than I wanted to spend at the time. Here's a link to one that sold for $295. http://www.april1930s.com/html/singe..._book_ban.html

Holy mackinoly! That's...wow. I paid $10 for mine, and will get that back if there are any silver dimes in it. Auctions are so much fun. You win some, you lose some, and some you don't know you want until the auctioneer holds it up and says, "Let's go-who'll give me $$ for this." I had a blast today, and am well pleased with grubby quilt and my locked bank.

First I had seen a ban like that. I never knew there was anything like it out there, great find.
