    I had that fabric before. Loved it. And yes keep the pics as much as possible. I cut out motif pics for my quilt. :)

    Love the fabric ... I can't tell how large it is but how about leaving it in a giant square with a small sashing then some largish squares as another sashing then a border. Does that make any sense at all? Just trying to figure out a way to not have to cut it much.

    I like Susans idea. That fabric is awesome. I love it. I have a pattern that the focus fabric is 27 1/2 X 18 1/2 then it has blocks around it. It ends up being 40 X 49. I wanted mine bigger so I made it bigger. Its called "Sew Be IT" The main feature from 2005. The designer is Cheryl Wittmayer. If your interested I can post a picture of 1 I did.

    Here it is. I did end up putting some appliques around the outside. And this is the one I did for a wall so its the 40 x 49
