marking where they'll attach

I'm making a tiny hole in the fab where I'll insert the wire and then hot glue it

top of the chains are already done, now I'm pinning the bottom in place to hot glue it

p.s. Adding the chains added a new level of interest to the mini that fabric would not have done. Keep that tip in mind when making a banner or topper for your mini! Hope you learned something and just know that you can never make a mistake that can't be corrected in quilting! Hope you are inspired too to dig out some oldies but goodies like this one! :D
