Hey all: I wanted to show off my new corner; daughter just got married and I claimed the room before anyone else could! It is tiny (about 12x11) but a wonderful spot to dream. Just got done painting and need to work on a design wall, but it's gonna work!

You have the best 'accessory', actually helper, on the bed in the last photo! It is a lovely quilt room! Nice set-up.

Nice! I like the white cabinet next to your sewing table. Where did you get that? It looks like just the right height.

Two bedrooms in my upstairs are now empty..... both kids are off to college and living in their own places and now only coming home for visits. I have a loft area upstairs which I've been using as my quilting studio as there is plenty of room and the lighting is wonderful. Now I'm trying to decide if I want to turn one of the bedrooms into a sewing room or make both rooms into guest rooms. I've got a little time to decide, rugs need to be pulled up in both rooms and replaced with hardwood floors and both are badly in need of a paint job! Especially my daughters......she painted her walls bright fluorescent lime green :) I need sunglasses to walk in there LOL Your post/pictures is putting me in the mood to "get moving" and make some decisions. Thanks for posting your pics and the motivation!
