Default New "Surprise"

Here is my version of "Surprise!"
I made this for my 3rd GD who is now 5 months old. Pattern is Surprise by Kariepatch Designs, fabric is mostly from a collection callled Rainboo Zoo by Amy Blay for Red Rooster Fabrics plus some i bought and some from my meager stack. i designed the back on Q7 and use scraps from the front plus other fabrics from the collection. I mostly SID, but put some large elephants in the border and some cookie cutter stars inside the peek a boo's. (now to attempt to upload pix!)

"Cute" is the right word! And so is "adorable" & "darling". I know your DGD will love & treasure this little gem for years to come! Kudos!

It's an absolutely wonderful quilt! That's a great fabric in the border, and the peek-a-boos are exceptionally cute.
