I have been quilting for a while now and DH wanted something for our bed. All this time I have made things for others and made sure everyone here got a lap quilt, but this will go on our king size bed. He took me shopping and took the kids so I had time to look and think.
I had in mind to do that Stars Over Log Cabin pattern. So I picked out fabrics and came home and started. I got a ways last night just to see if I like it and YES it will be MINE!

Gorgeous colors. Good for you for finally being able to do a quilt to keep.
And you've already started. :) We want to share it coming together with you, so I hope you keep posting pictures. It's gorgeous so far! :D
