Born and raised in Westchester Co. NY...for 62 yrs. I actually found the fabric in DE at a local QS in Lewes. Of all places! Thank you for your great description of the skyline and compliments on my piece...

Great idea--- the Dresden plate works well with that fabric-- gives it a 3-d effect.

That is a spectacular use of that fabric. I had some but used it as part of a backing for a quilt for my GS born on 9/11. Love the binding also.
