You have the patience of a saint. I probably would have done the same thing, because we tend to do aything for our Gkids, but you did go above the call of duty. Bless you.

What a great quilt! What a lucky boy your DGS is! That quilt is spectacular & my DH would LOVE it for his own self... LOL! Your quilt inspector is a beauty, too!

Wow! Amazing story to go with an amazing quilt. You are a wonderful grandma. Might take you a few years to look at this quilt and see the glory instead of all that work!

What a wonderful quilt....are you saying he was six when you gave it to him and as a teenager wanted you to make the quilt large enough for full size bed???...sounds like a quilt well loved to me and all the extra work you put into it well worth it...I second that nomination for Grandma of the Year!!

dispite the issues you had with it, I can't tell. Your quilt looks great!!!! You did an awesome job...and I just love the sun/moon you did.
