I bought a curved template and just taught myself. This block is wonderfully easy if you mark the center of each piece. Take a TINY fleabite with your pin on this mark with right sides together. place the Outie shape on the bottom and the innie shape on the top. Pull the top fabric over to the edge of the bottom fabric and start stitching. pull gently as you go around the curve and remove the pin keep sewing....the curves are cut on the bias and it almost curves itself.
