This quilt is a work of art. You should enter it into a quilt show, it certainly would be best of show. Love it, and thanks for sharing.

Breathtakingly beautiful! You are to be highly commended...I bow to you! Would you share the pattern name with us. I know I've seen it, but it escapes me. Your color choices are exquisite and really compliment the pattern. Thanks for sharing.

Well, duh! Just had one of those moments, I guess. You titled it the name of the pattern. It's just drop dead gorgous and I guess I was not reading, just gawking! Thanks again!

Fabulous. Thanks for sharing . The colorway in this version is terrific. I like both the red colors and the neutral. Wonderful how the same pattern can have a totally different effect and affect for the viewer.
love this one!!!
peace

I hope you enter your quilt in some shows as it IS a blue ribbon winner for sure. It is so stunning and I just keep looking at it and am amazed. Ann, you do fantastic work...it is very, very impressive. Oh, if only I dared tackle a pattern like yours...maybe one day. Thank you so much for posting this beautiful quilt.

What is not to love in this masterfully executed quilt? Asian fabrics, Mariner compass medallion and surrounding blocks, curves, and a wonderfully subdued palette of color in blue and tan. Exquisite.
