Default Notting Hill quilt

I worked on this quilt the last few days and got the top finished and the backing ready to mail to my quilter. It was a very easy pattern to put together and I know it won't be a problem getting it finished by the wedding April 3rd. Several members of the board sent me blue and yellow 3x13 scraps to make this quilt. I missed thanking one lady that sent me scraps and I sure do hate that happened. I was out of town taking care of my Dad when the scraps arrived and somehow I missed sending a thank you note. My daughter and neighbor were taking pictures and sending me names of who sent the scraps. If I send things to board members in the future, I will include my screen name so the person knows exactly who things come from because it is hard to match peoples real names with the screen names sometimes. Those of you who helped me by sending scraps to me are so appreciated for your generosity. Between my stash and the generosity of my friends and the board, I was able to make it scrappy with only a few duplicates. I also made another board member very happy when I was able to pay it forward and send her scraps for her spiderweb quilt. I will post another picture of the finished quilt when it comes back from the quilter.

Wow! It looks really nice! Of course being from Sweden I love the color combination! I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product!

So bright and refreshing on this dreary gloomy day! Thanks for the "pick-me-up"!

Love the brightness of your quilt. Another to add to the Bucket list. So many quilts, so little time.
