Default Notting hill quilt

Last year, I ask my great niece if she wanted something from her registry or a quilt for her wedding. She immediately responded "a quilt and I want blues and yellows." I had seen the free pattern "notting hill" and decided I wanted to make it. I wanted all different blues and yellows and did not have nearly enough in my stash. The quilt had to be extra long because she is 6ft tall and he is 6ft4in tall. I ask if anyone had 3in X13in strips in either blue and yellow that they would sell or trade me. Several members of this board sent me strips which I so appreciated. I was able to play it forward when another board member needed 2" strips. Anyway, I promised to share the quilt on the board so those who helped me out could see the results of their generosity. I finished the label and binding this afternoon with 19 hours to spare before the shower tomorrow. Jeane Butler from Butlercountrycrafts.com in Montana quilted it for me and did a beautiful job as always. Thank all of you again that helped me and below is the picture I promised to post.

A wonderful gift for your Niece. The color really compliment each other.

Stunning quilt and I'm sure your loved ones will proud to have it in their home. I love blues and yellows and you did such a great job on the color selections.
