    Nice variation. Funny how that works isn't it, you plan one thing, and you get a different result-
    Looks very nice-wonderful mistakes do happen!

    I like both of them and they are both balanced. I would keep the one you finished and if you really want, you could make a "matching" one with the first layout.

    Both are very nice. I love the plaids in it btw! I think that the colors are very pretty and both layouts work.

    It's balanced now and once you put on a border it will tie everything in so beautifully. Love the fabrics. I think you did a great job.
