I would take out the errant blocks. There are only four that I can see and the original pattern is very pleasing to the eye. Just so you know, I have had to to 'unsew' many times and was a lot happier once the change was completed.

Oh yes I have done this myself but the truth is, it looks good both ways. I would leave it but make your self a note for the next time you do this pattern to be more careful.
To help me from making this mistake to often, I ended up taking safety pins and using little numbered tags, then I would pin them to the blocks after I had laid them out so I would be sure to get them sewn in the right order, but sometimes I still need to have a drawing of the quilt in front of me so I can be sure I sew the blocks turned in the right direction. This has helped out a lot and I don't make as many mistakes.
