I got an instant private message from a very nice person "elizabrat" that we all share good and bad. So I promised I would post a picture. Please don't look too closely. :D
I immediately finished it so here goes. This is a piece of children's fabric (see upper corner) that I got on sale and didn't by enough of it.
Major dilemmas
1. Should I toss it or try to do something with it? I could donate it away as I have no babies but would anyone want it.
2. If I finish it how should I quilt the top?
I have another one that I started before I finished this one but I'm afraid I have the wrong fabric for that too. :-(

Of course, you can do the same thing yourself.
About the quilting..echo inside or outside the hexagonals or random circles and swirls, or straight line - maybe diagonals? Whatever is easier!
When a kid is concerned, there is no such thing as a "wrong fabric" !

I really like it. I have one I have sewn but never posted either. I was so eager when I started it and after it was done I decided I picked the wrong fabric but so much went into it I gave the book away vowing nnnnnnnever to do another. So it sits on a hanger in my closet. I like that yours is not all over busy and I like the colors.
