That will be a good one to quilt first and practice on, as it is so busy. Are you going to leave the edges scalloped like that? I really like it. Can't wait to see it in person.

I put a 1.5 inch teal border, now attaching a quarter inch orange shocker border, then I will finish with a wider teal border, with some wide strips of the original fabric angled in.
I have a bunch of hexagons left over too. They just didn't fit into the pattern, so I gave up trying to use them all. I guess I can make her a doll quilt to match.

Your GD is precious. I have 6 grandchildren and the 4 yo is always going crazy over my material. She wants me to make her something out of all that she loves.
