Very pretty! I'd go with a solid dark pink border. But whatever you decide, it'll still be beautiful! Any girl would love to get this quilt!

I can see a narrow border of cranberry/burgundy, then a piano key border with all the fabrics except the burgundy. What you have done is perfect - not too bright.

I would outline with a dark pink (2") then either a white on white or white with a small pink print.

When I do a search on Diamonds are Forever quilt pattern, I don't see anything that looks like your quilt. Is it because of the colors you've used or did You make a string block? It is very pretty and I'd like to make one. Thanks for sharing.
