i had a idea, take the machine to a older hardware store, some of them have power cords, i remember finding one a long time ago for a coffee pot, side of the plug broke off.

Try some second hand stores; they end up with lots of leftover cords and such! Good luck!

There are a few places on the internet that offer help in locating things such as sewing machine cords. I have used sewingwishlist.com there is also a place to ask questions on FixYa and I am sure that if you begin to search, you will find more.

I bought a machine without a foot control/electric cord and listed it on Sewingwishlist and was contacted by a man named Tom who sold me a use set for about $ 45. i ordered some other things from him and found him easy to do business with. Locating these on line can sometimes become a rip off. don't pay a big price. Search and don't give up. They are out there. Just takes time.
