I have never entered a quilt in a contest but recently a judge came over to me at our guild meeting and told me to enter some things in our upcoming quilt show. "No way," I said. She told me that if I could accept constructive comments I would have a learning experience in it. I am still not confident enough to do it, but will some day. After all it is just "one" persons opinion. Give it a try and let us know what the outcome is.

You did a great job. The red sashing makes the entire quilt sing. I'd go for it!! Love the variety of your fabrics and the fussy cutting on the center squares. Wish you great success in entering this into your summer show. Remember to let us know how you fare. Thanks for sharing.
