OKsooner sent me this quilt and I am in LOVE with this quilt...it is so "Stylish". Which just makes me want to sing "Wild Thaaannnnng"..LOL

Anyway...She sent black kind of shiny backing and I used a yellow thread...I tried to see if I could possibly get a variegated to work and I couldn't get it to work properly. I used white thread on the top. I wanted the fill-in work to look like zebra stripes to match some of the wild fabrics in the quilt. I outlined the big framed flower and then chose kind of fun designs to fill in each frame...all kind of "fun" quilting that just makes the quilt top sing.

I used Hobbs poly down batting and I quilted this on my INNOVA. NO computer or pantograph quilting...all by my own hand.

    Thanks for looking.

back....I still need to slip threads...obviously.

Is it wrong to like the back better than the front?  I like the front it is so much fun but that back oh mama.

Faboo quilting Charisma, this is my type of filler work. Love, love, love those zebra stripes. Oh did I mention I love them?

Nicely done. i love those swrilly cirles that go one way then the other way. those look so cool around the flowers in the center square. looks like a lot of work was put in there.
