Pant! Pant! Drool! Drool! that is gorgeous! - I lived in Japan for 3+ years and your quilt captures the essence of the beauty of the country. If you ever get tired of it, I'll give it a very good home.

Thank you! It is one of our favourites, but now taken off the wall as we are moving to a new home in another part of France in a few weeks, so it will be getting new surroundings too!

Thanks Izy...the border quilting was easy, but hard to maintain concentration, had a couple of sessions with it, otherwise the gentle ripples would have been a surfers' paradise!

Boy your quilt is something else, love the coloring in it, and noted the fish heads in one place came together. Swirls and flowers such details, you have put your heart and soul into this one and it really shows, thanks for sharing.
