Not at all. It is a very easy quilt to do. Fast also which is what I like!

Is there a Tut on search for it . I love it.
The name of the pattern is in my post with the picture. It is called "Thinking outside the Block" by toadusew. Their website is www.toadusew.com

This one is a throw quilt 58"x73". The pattern has fabric requirements and cutting instructions for 7 different sizes so the layout of each size looks a little different.

My big question of the day is this: how are you (or did you) quilt it? I have one that I am trying to decide on right now.

To answer someones question about how hard is it...amazingly easy as it basically uses a log cabin pattern, 4 blocks joined to make what you see as 1 large block.
Because mine is the 58x73 quilt I had to go with the two center blocks.

I am going to quilt mine starting from the center out with a flower leaf type design that will look after the first 4 rounds. Then I am going to do a leaf pointing into the square from each corner (so from row 7 to 5). On the half block squares I will do the same but only use half the pattern.
Does this make any sense. If not pm me and I will draw you a pic of the design. If you want to use it you can go right ahead!
