Hopetoquilt,
I made the bow and after the quilt was finished I attached the bows by using a regular hand stitch. I went through the quilt and then ran the needle through the bottom of the bow where the knot was and did this a few times to each bow. Kind of how you would stitch a button onto something. I hope that makes sense.

So I've only made a handful of quilts. I could probably count on one hand. I see all of the beautiful quilts on this site so I'm hoping I'll get motivated soon :)
