    Please dont be intimidated.

I will work up the rules and post. So far we are three, so I think if we have two more, we are good to go.

We dont have to do a quilt this large. Let me know your preference on that topic. We started with a 30" center. We can start smaller or just let people do what they like and see what happens. Let me know what you think.

We do need some guidelines and Ill work on that today.

does the round robin have to be applique??!! If not, then I will be glad to represent Minneapolis suburb #1! :)

No, it doesn't have to be applique, you choose the technique you like to work in.

Yippee!! We're excited to have you, Tisha. Glad you got in Steph!

Judy, thanks for the info. Nov. sounds fine to me. No need to get in any hurry...I'm kinda a slow quilter anyway (and with the price of fabric...who can afford to be fast??) I may not get any sleep for awhile dreaming about what to do for my center. This is sooo exciting! I'll be driving my poor DH crazy with this. He already thinks I'm nuts to be doing the block swap..."Just why are you sending off perfectly good blocks??"  He'll be wanting me to keep everyone else's quilts!

I'm off to surf now for ideas..

Great Steph, welcome aboard, this is great. I thought we were starting in September and not November as Patti said, maybe I didnīt read it right.
Can you put me right please.

Why not leave the invites open until Sept 1. If we don't have to have the centers out until Nov 1, that gives others the rest of this month to decide if they want to join in and then the entire months of Sep and Oct to work on this.

So, should we start a new sort of sign up thread??
