    What a wonderful piece of art work that you have created!! It's just beautiful, I love it & the colors. Do you have sled dogs yourself? My cousin in Seattle has two sled dogs & loves them to pieces.

    Not I don't. I live in snow country but I prefer inside activities during the winter. LOL Summer I garden so then I stockpile and get all the fresh air I need for the winters..

    A small community south of me hosts the races each winter - if they have snow. My neighbor started hinting then flat out asked if I would do a fund raiser "quilted" item. I thought this might be the incentive I needed to get me moving.

    Very striking quilt---maybe that's the only one you've made this winter but it's a winner in my book and I would be proud to hang it up in my house, too :lol:

    A few years ago a friend made that same wall hanging for me, it's one of my favorites and yes it does look like the Northern Lights.
