    {{When I made the large HSTs for the baskets I cut them apart and did a light spray of starch on the seam when pressing them. It made it lay perfectly flat for cutting and piecing. I wouldn't do that on a piece that is already cut to the final size because it can make it shrink up like you wouldn't believe.}}
