Other 1/2 of Twisted Bargello
#31
I would like to help but I am the least person to ask. However I would have to the part of the quilt that the border would go on. As the border is suppose to be the frame for the artwork I would probably keep it very subdued as to not take the eye away from the beautiful center. I would pick 2 colors of the quilt and make it.

Thank you all so much for your support and input. I somehow posted this under 2 different names :Wedding Quilt & this one. I lots lots of great suggestions to frame it simply with solid brown and blue, and that will be my next step.

I usually pick a couple of fabrics that I think will work for borders. Then I lay them out and put the quilt on top so you can see what the borders will look like. After fiddling around with various widths of borders and colour combinations you can usually tell which ones you like best. I think blue and brown would work really well, with one narrow and one wider border. Maybe even one with the tan colour. Whatever you choose, it will be gorgeous. Your bargello is amazing.
