When my friend was opening a LQS she asked me if I would make a quilt with pattern and fabric she gave me. After the fabric line was sold out, the quilt would be mine. The fabric I chose was Art Gallery and the line was Gypsy Jewels. Being pretty traditional, I used this opportunity to sew out of my box. That being said....I love my box and do not feel any need to change. Anyway, here is my quilt. It measures 47.5"x55.5". It was machine quilted by Shirley Barter. I loved the 2 blocks individually, but together, not so much. Then the borber fabric almost did me in. But amazing things happen. The binding tied everything together and I love my out of the box quilt.
