I have this pattern and am "itching" to get it started...but alas, it probably won't happen this year...too many quilts left to do before Christmas for others. I do appreciate the heads up on the borders and to be aware of which way they are going...that tip will hopefully save me a lot of grief, if I ever get to that point. I think you've done a beautiful job with the quilt tho....IT's LOVELY!

Hugs

I'm sure it will be stunning. What color are you doing yours in? Thanks everyone.

I did mine in rusts and greens about four years ago and still love putting it out at Thanksgiving. I read somewhere it is her (Crabapple Hill) best selling pattern. She has a new one coming out that is done in black and white. It has antique cars, signs, route 66 type stuff--she calls it a man quilt. I've been collecting black and white fat quarters since I saw it on her blog. Your beautiful quilt has inspired me that the black and white is the way to go. Don't you just love how creative she is?
