I for one think hats off to you for doing such a wonderful job putting the quilt together and doing a great job on the quilting!!! Those of us who arent able to take on such a large project are happy to be a small part of it but lets face it you have done most of the work thanks
Love the labels!!!
the individual blocks that others sent are great!!!
The extra fabric sent helped to set the quilt matched perfectly.
I guess what I am trying to say GREAT TEAMWORK!!! So happy to be a part of this board - it restores my faith in people and their willingness to help!!!

AMEN.... and thank you Cherylfor helping figure out how to get this thing going...
A HUGE shout out to all who participated... and i hope that this inspires people to "go for it"... make it up as you go along and try to stitch what you see in your head..
We all get too bound up in following directions... make blocks and then figure out how to place then and fill in the blanks... i have taught a few groups in "the art of letting go when sewing"... and it was a blast... fun to see the look on faces, when we "stitched first", then cut it out to fit!!!!
So again.. thank YOU all for letting me PLAY,, and bring a smile to Owlvamps face thru the love of her daughter's wish.. barbara
