Just love it - IMHO you rock! I can't wear these any more, but they sure are fun to look at. I've enjoyed watching you publish the blocks as you finished each one.
Did you sketch from scratch, or take a picture of the shoes before you painted them in order to get the details just right?
I would like to try it. Can you share some details on what you did/ what you used (paints, etc)? I think we would all enjoy learning more about how you did such a fabulous job.

Just a totally awesome quilt! You did such a fantastic job of painting those shoes. I sure wish I could wear shoes like that ... but not anymore with my horrible feet. Great job on the quilt and I can't wait to see it quilted and finished. Thanks for posting. I apparently missed a few of your shoe postings. I love them all!!
