Default Patriotic quilt presented

I needed to have my roofing contraqctor come and fix a small problem with the roof as I'm selling my house. He looked poorly. He knew I had cancer so shared that he is currently battling his own cancer through the VA center. Since I donate to our local cancer infusion center, I decided that he needs one, too. The label that I put on my donation quilts says 'Quilty Hugs for your Journey'. He was very surprised at his gift and very pleased. He shared that his cancer numbers continue to decrease. I was so pleased to hear that news.

Aww, he looks so happy! Cancer must be a very lonely business. You sure helped him out. Loved the story.
