    Thanks for this thread. I'm making a triple Irish chain for my dd's belated wedding present. She just had her one year anniversary, so I'm just a Little Late :oops: :oops: I finally decided on the fabrics, will post a few blocks next week to keep the thread (and my momentum) going.

    This is my Double Irish Chain. Made for our bed, but ended up giving it to my daughter & her husband for Christmas.

    This is a lap size quilt I made some years ago. I used the Irish Chain but I changed it a bit. I call it a Trip around Nine. I don't know if you consider it an Irish Chain or not. The Irish Chain was my inspiration.

    Barnbum - it was your beautiful quilt that made me want to make one for myself. Here is my WIP (loose blocks laid out on the floor). This will be for my bed once I finish and figure out how to quilt it.
