Picture catch up day! Ann Shaw PP rooster finish Pic Heavy
Haven't posted pics in awhile, so I'm catching up today! Just finished this Ann Shaw Gallus gallus rooster. First ever art quilt, I think I will choose different background fabrics in the future. This was also my first ever pattern purchase. I usually draft my own, but couldn't do this one! It is being gifted to my MIL for her upcoming birthday. All hand quilted.
Ann's patterns are very easy to follow, even though they look complicated. I was very pleased with her instructions and tips.

Wow! Beautiful rooster and beautiful work. So colorful. Great hand quilting too. You have been really busy lately. Thank you for sharing your great work.
