Oh bless her and her baby....thank God its an open adoption, they both get a second chance to have a better life yet still be in each others lives : :)

I really hope she makes more quilts, she has done such a good job on this very special one :-)

What a great job. She did a fabulous job and that quilt will be cherished for Scot's lifetime. The quilt and the sentiment are beautiful. You were a great helper to her obviously.

That is my hope, that she will again attempt to make a quilt. We cut finishing this one pretty close. I imagine by now the label is done being sewn on. We have talked about making something for her out of the leftover fabrics so can can remember. I am trying to do my part in passing on quilting to the future, I have taught my son's girlfriend also, but my 3 daughters arn't interested, yet.
