Gosh, I wish I lived in Washington, I’d be sitting in the front row taking notes. Great job Cathe! I think I like the Giant Dahlia most of all; I’ve a print by Carol Jablonsky called Helianthus and think would make a nice quilt. I just need to learn a bazillion quilting things before I attempt it:

Sorry about the flash, the inside of the flower is like little pearls of dark gold, an even darker ring of spots, then another darker gold center.

Thank you! I have been so busy lately, but I do remember that I promised to share the directions for that improved nine-patch adn I will get to it as soon as I get this client's order out - hopefully on Saturday!
