I send my to ConKerr Cancer as well. They distribute them.

What size did you make them? I found that if I use the MQC tutorial sizes they come out too big...

I made 5 yesterday - I love making them!

I made my first 3 without washing. Washed them post construction. They shrank almost 2.5 inches. Very tight tryiing to insert a pillow. So, I figure a little big is better then too small.

ok - that helps she had 27 inches for the main fabric and 9 inches for the cuff (folded in half) The first few I made were all way too long for my kids pillows - luckily I just serged a few inches off the bottom!

These are beautiful. Did you wash each one before packaging, if so what detergent did you use?
